The on-going project behind the posts

15 December, 2013

This year has been the toughest year in my life.

Made Fukushima Diary a corporation, got visa, operate it, by donation.

When you do something that no one has ever gone through, you have no one to ask for advice either.

I have even thought of going to a mental health counselor once or twice for too much stress and pressure.

On the other hand, the importance of Fukushima Diary is increasing more and more.

Even in Japanese blogosphere, a lot of websites are withdrawing from Fukushima (especially plant) issue as it’s becoming insanely complicated.

It’s becoming really difficult to find the on-going / concrete information of Fukushima.

No time for me to stop.

The lack of Fukushima information is crucial for Japanese.

so I decided to start Japanese version of Fukushima Diary.

but it can’t be just a simple translation considering the difference of their background, culture and the need.

I’m also expected to give them the advice about going out of Japan etc.. with video explanation.

I’m building the special Japanese page on Facebook and also Tumblr.

This is what’s going on behind the “regular” posts.

I can be free of a lot parts of the gag law and attacks because all the elements of Fukushima Diary are scattered around the world. I anticipated the situation and I have been carefully designing my life to be like this for these 2 years.

Fukushima Diary is almost like the last blog standing.

and I’m prepared to walk on.

I just wanted to let all the English readers know. Thanks.
