I am reposting this informative article from a Russian site after reworйking the electronic translation to make it a bit more comprehensible.

I will be doing more work on this, including a timeline and some contextualisation for those who are less familiar with the political and historical background to this situation.

Facts indicate criminal experiments at the nuclear power plant or deliberate sabotage being prepared since the beginning of summer 2014. Citizens of Zaporozhye first talked about the accident at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant on social media, saying that a second Chernobyl had occurred. Although there haven't been any radiation emissions due to the destruction of the Ukrainian reactor in the Ukraine yet - local and Western media, as well as the Ukrainians, have noted that Kiev has repressed news of the  accident "just like in the USSR Chernobyl was kept quiet".

The Ukrainian authorities publicly refuse to comment, and in towns and villages in the vicinity of Zaporizhzhia NPP doctors give out  iodine-containing medications "just in case"(http://ruspravda.info/Vtoroy-CHernobil-pod-Zaporozhem-uzhe-razdayut-yod-8820.html).

It is worth mentioning that just a few days before the accident at Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, Luxembourg intelligence services advised the authorities of the country to start distributing iodine-containing drugs. Then we associated these actions with threats around the neighboring French nuclear power plants. However, these coincidences suggest that informed intelligence authorities in Europe were preparing for a disaster in advance.

According to Ukrainian media, the nuclear power plant exploded, and Kiev immediately blocked the internet forum of Ukrainian nuclear specialistst. After that Ukrainian news agencies reported about "emergency blackouts in Odessa because of the non power shortage caused by the emergency shutdown of  Zaporizhzhya NPP Unit 3".

Later,  "NNEGC "Energoatom"" was forced to announce that " Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant unit  was disconnected from the network as an effect of protection against internal damage to the generator on 3 November 28, 2014 at 19:24 . Allegedly, on the INES scale the accident has 'zero risk" - , so do not worry Ukrainians, trust the Madan authorities

The Cyber Militia of Novorossia posted the hacked Skype correspondence of the General Director of the nucler power plant Tishchenko with station personnel plunged into shock! Very similar to the truth. It follows from that Tishchenko, with the knowledge of the country's leadership, has made every conceivable effort to hide the details of the tragedy from the public.

Hiding the objective facts from the international community has long been a hallmark of the Ukrainian government. There are so many examples of this that it would take a separate post. Why are there long and futile attempts by the Ukrainian political elite to convince the European Union of the timely payment of the debt for Russian gas? Or the unwillingness of the official Kyiv to accept blame for the downed Russian Tu-154M over the Black sea? The combat dance the Yatsenyuk government does not even need to be mentioned;  and  air conditioning that miraculously blew itself up in Lugansk, and the people that set fire to themselves in Odessa, and the women that raped themselves in the Donbas need not be mentioned

Now attempts to hide the disaster at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant need to be dded to the list of the "gentlemanly" set of lies, tricks and distortion  Let me remind you that this story began with the fact that in Odessa electricity was suddenly cut off. According to the official version, it happened on November 28 in the emergency shutdown of one of the blocks of the Zaporozhia NPP.  

However, local residents report that problems with electricity in Odessa began three days before, on the  the 25th .

Analyzing the message to residents of the Zaporozhye region, we can conclude that local residents are most concerned by:

•  a series of strange explosions on the territory of the power plant;
•  the unusual activity by state services in the area of the nuclear power plant, including the distribution to the local population of anti radiation drugs containing iodine;
• glowing in the sky above the village;
• the degree of water pollution in the Kakhovka reservoir;
• the strange behaviour of livestock;
• the flight of people from Enerhodar.

It's impossible to characterise this as other than panic on the part of locals.  At the same time in the Moldovan Internet, you can find reports of an emergency meeting held in the ministry of emergency situations of Moldova due to the fact that after the accident at the nuclear power plant (NPP), a climatic cyclone passed from Zaporozhye region to the West through the territory of Moldova.

In any case, if messages on various Internet forums can still be treated with some scepticism, then it is impossible to ignore the letter of the President of the Ukrainian company SE NNEGC "Energoatom" (ГП НАЭК «Энергоатом) to leaders of the American company Westinghouse.

The letter dated August 14 talks about the need for the urgent replacement of three Ukrainian NPP fuel assembles of American production,  due to their instability.

Needless to say that the problem with the American components has not been solved, and this ultimately led to probably the biggest nuclear accident since Fukushima? Today this is understood by every thinking person.

As I wrote in the beginning of the post, the banal response of the authorities is natural and predictable, but no less sad reaction of the authorities has become banal silence scope and depth of the current crisis.

An interesting observation is we have lots of denials as a "counterweight" to these online proofs online: from "indigenous Cossacks", nuclear engineers, all allegedly working as one, on the 3rd unit of the nuclear power station. In addition we as well as their daughters, drinking buckets of water from the Dnieper river as well as  Kakhovka reservoir.

Everyone can decide for themselves how convincing evidence of the scale of the accident and the degree of culpability of Kiev is.  Personally, I think that there us enough information to accuse the Kiev government of at least criminal negligence.

According to numerous testimonies, a significant number of people in different regions of Ukraine have already suffered, and only time will tell how catastrophic the consequences would of repairs conducted under conditions of strict secrecy are.

UPD.  The 3rd unit of the South-Ukrainian nuclear power plant was switched of on the 6th December. For critics of reports of the low-quality American components it is becoming more difficult to deal with reality.

There are two main probable reasons for the accident

The first reason: attempting to replace the Russian fuel assemblies with American, as a result of which there have already been  two a nuclear emergencies in Ukraine

Since the spring of 2014 experts and retired atomic energy experts have claimed that the US intends "another Chernobyl" and "new Kiev authorities agree with everything - so long as the US pays the money, and Russia loses". Journalists and nuclear experts reminded us  that the loading in the reactor is not fit for them nuclear fuel from Westinghouse and that this can only  lead to tragedy. American rods had already been downloaded to the Czech nuclear power plant at Temelin, after which there was a depressurisation of the fuel element. As a result the  Czech Republic has turned down American service.

The use of  nuclear fuel from Westinghouse at Ukrainian NPP also already almost led to a nuclear disaster.  Ukraine barely escaped a second Chernobyl in 2012, due the use of low-tech American fuel elements. The direct loses of "Energoatom" from the emergency unloading of Westinghouse  fuel elements at units  2 and 3  of the South-Ukrainian NPP,  amounted to $175 million

However, there was not financial nor physical need now to change the fuel elements are not needed.  in the first half of 2014  the Russian state nuclear power company Rosatom supplied Ukraine free-of-charge  $339 million worth of assembles:

 "...We never once broke off a single supply of fuel, and still all Ukrainian nuclear power stations are provided with fuel produced in Russia. Next year's contract for all supplies has been signed," the head of Rosatom, S. Kirienko boasted - Kirienko,  who is willing to support the Poroshenko-Kolomoisky government at the expense of the Russian people.

The second reason: criminal experiments or outright sabotage.

There is every reason to believe that the occupation regime of Jewish oligarchs gave Zaporizhzhya NPP over curators from the USA  to conduct criminal experiments to provoke a "new Chernobyl".

Recall that American specialists in military uniform in early June arrived in in the second unit  under conditions of increased secrecy entered, and that  the plant's employees were sent on  "temporary leave". Staff of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant reported that staff of the second unit  were  not allowed at work for several days, and that the purpose of of the American experts' actions unit 2 was kept hidden from plant personnel, "It is unclear who sits at the console. The person reporting the  activity of U.S. citizens in secrecy,were at east in  the second row at the helm of the reactor shop # 2. Not the last figure.

So given that then it was  that the Russian army was advancing, one of the proposed scenarios  was to undermining the nuclear power station, to then put the blame on "bloody Russians".

Given that the presence of American at the nuclear power plant became publicly-known there was was a change of regime security  in August. In accordance with to decree of the occupation regime, the nuclear power plant came under the protection of armed fanatics of "the Maidan National Guard" In August it became known that the head of the European Jewish Union Igor Kolomoisky, long with his accomplices were going to blow up the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant .

What happened  at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear reactors in autumn is unknown. 

While there is reason to believe that the accident is not the result of dangerous experiments "with the nuclear energy of Ukraine", but the undermining one of the previously laid charges or even unsuccessful sabotage, carried out in impotent rage at the coming energy crash on the principle of "no one will get it."

After Chernobyl - Zaporozhye?

Many remember that the fuel for these nuclear power stations (we are talking here about  the Zaporizhzhya NPP and the town, Enerhodar) in the  South-Ukrainian NPP Khmelnitsky region was developed by scientists and engineers of the Russian Federation.  Someone also recalled that when in the period of Yushchenko's accession there was the first attempt to replace  the radioactive rods TVEL produced by  company of Rosatom with American rods there was a severe crash (read accident), and this situation had to be disentangled by Russian specialists . At that time Ukraine lost $ 175 million in restore the health of the reactors.

And in 2012, and in 2013 years in Ukraine were "committed to the destruction of the fuel assemblies of American manufacturing because of the structural features of American technology."

Ukraine is not alone in its deflection. Under pressure from the United States, a station in Lithuania was closed station in Lithuania (Ignalina single-circuit, built in the 1980s, the Soviet Union, East Germany, part of the nuclear reactors in Slovakia and Bulgaria as well as in eastern Germany, Slovakia and Bulgaria.

As in Ukraine, there were attempts to replace the Russian reactor with American fuel. "Experiments" conducted by Westinghouse (USA) in Finland, Slovenia and the Czech Republic (Temelin NPP) also ended with the failure of the American fuel assemblies, also creating the threat of a nuclear accident.

To expect that today, in the period of transition of Ukraine under final external control of the  "liquidation administration", there would again be experiments with nuclear power plants, defies common sense and one would not expect it, even from  the current rules in  Kiev.

Anxiety began to surface in  the first days after  the coup in Kyiv in December 2013 as well as early in 2014, when reports emerged that groups from the Right Sector rushed in to capture the Zaporozhia nuclear power plant

It sounded like a a Hollywood movie about some "planet of the apes", but at the same time, the services responsible for the protection of the nuclear power station, maintained that the outfits are strengthened and attempts to breach the protection zone would be stopped by gunfire.

Today the Hollywood scenario of devastation hang over the former Ukraine at full speed, but there is nothing to be surprised about. Someone the other day wittily expressed in social networks - "They are Yetis!", but not everyone is laughing...

Since in accordance with the decree of the Ukrainian government, the "National Guard of the Maidan"  (ie. the Right Sector)  tasked with the protection of rocket -carriers , nuclear materials and nuclear waste. The media reported that "according to the decree, the National Guard is obliged to defend the country, to disarm illegal armed groups, to protect critical government facilities, military base and logistical support of the Ministry of internal Affairs".

According to the expert A. Gorokhov, in the midst of  the collapse of the Ukrainian high-tech industries, atomic energy looked like an island of prosperity and stability. 

True, back in the first days after the February coup, it became clear that this situation will not last long: the new government announced that it would terminate its cooperation with Russia in the field of nuclear technologies -  and to shift to the United States.

Be that as it may, the obvious result -  an occupied country, like its deceived population, turned into hostages of a ruthless regime of " a chosen elite" ideologically ready for the extermination of the indigenous population.

SERIOUS INCREASE OF BACKGROUND RADIATION AT THE ZAPORAOZHIA NPP. REPORTS REVEALED THE TRUTH

Here is the denouement of the story with the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant. 

No matter how much we are prepared to be led by the nose, to be assured that everything is in order, that systems are operating normally, and what happened was a routine disconnection of the transformer due to a large load - the truth has revealed itself. Now officials can no longer get away with stock phrases like, "there's absolutely not to worry about anything".

Documents of the Ukrainian Emergency Service, published by Ukrainian hackers, clearly show that the accident was serious, and that background radiation in the area of the Zaporozhia nuclear power power plant was raised! How could this be kept silent!? How was it possible not to declare an evacuation?? Or was a warm place in the office worth more than the  lives and health of the people? Although...what is there to be surprised about? - it's already impossible to doubt all this rotten system of government a long time, - or to expected any  intelligent action from it. 

And the people are suffering again.

Факты указывают на преступные эксперименты на АЭС или намеренную диверсию, готовящуюся с начала лета 2014 года. Первыми об аварии на Запорожской АЭС рассказали жители Запорожья, написав в соцсетях, что у них произошел второй Чернобыль. Хотя радиационного выброса из-за разрушения реактора на Украине пока не произошло — но местные и западные СМИ, как и сами украинцы, отмечают, что Киев скрывает аварию «прямо как в СССР скрывался Чернобыль».

Что характерно — за несколько дней до аварии на Запорожской АЭС разведка Люксембурга посоветовала властям своей страны начать раздачу йодосодержащих медикаментов. Тогда мы связали эти действия с угрозами вокруг соседних французских АЭС. Однако такие совпадения наводят на мысль, что информированные разведки в Европе готовились к катастрофе заранее.

По данным украинских СМИ, на АЭС произошел взрыв, при этом Киев тут же заблокировал форум украинских атомщиков в интернете. После этого украинские информагентства сообщили об «аварийных отключениях электричества в Одессе — из-за непокрываемого дефицита мощности, вызванного аварийным отключением блока номер 3 Запорожской АЭС».

Позже «НАЭК «Энергоатом»» была вынуждена сообщить, что «энергоблок №3 Запорожской АЭС 28 ноября 2014 года в 19:24 отключился от сети действием защиты от внутренних повреждений генератора». Дескать, по шкале INES авария имеет «нулевую» опасность, поэтому не переживайте, украинцы, доверяйте «майданной власти».

Выложенная Кибер Ополчением Новороссии Skype-переписка гендиректора АЭС Тищенко с персоналом станции просто повергает в шок! Очень похоже на правду. Из нее следует, что Тищенко с ведома руководства страны предпринимал все мыслимые и немыслимые усилия, чтобы скрыть подробности трагедии от общественности.

Сокрытие от международной общественности нелицеприятных для себя фактов давно уже стало своеобразной визитной карточкой украинского правительства. Примеров этому столько, что, наверное, наберется на отдельный пост. Чего только стоят многолетние и тщетные попытки украинской политической элиты  убедить Евросоюз в своевременной оплате долга по российскому газу? Проанализировав сообщения жителей Запорожской области, можно сделать вывод, что местных жителей больше всего беспокоит:

- серия странных взрывов, прогремевших на территории электростанции;

- необычная активность государственных служб в районе ЗАЭС, в том числе раздача местному населению противорадиационных медикаментов, содержащих йод;

• светящееся небо над станицей;
• степень загрязнения воды в Каховском водохранилище;
• странное поведение скота;
• бегство людей из Энергодар.

Иначе как паническими настроения местных жителей назвать невозможно. В тоже время в молдавском сегменте интернета появляется информация о экстренном совещании в МЧС Молдавии в связи с тем, что после аварии на ЗАЭС климатический циклон проходил с Запорожской области на запад через территорию Молдавии.

В любом случае, если к сообщениям на всевозможных форумах еще можно относиться с известной долей скепсиса, то игнорировать письмо президента украинской компании ГП НАЭК «Энергоатом» руководству американской компании Westinghouse не представляется возможным.

В соответствии с нормативной документацией по ядерной безопасности (NUSS), сообщаем Вам, что специалистами рабочей международной консультативной группы по ядерной безопасности (INSAG) рекомендована срочная замена тепловыделяющих сборок и элементов на следующих АЭС Украины:

Ровенская АЭС (реактор серия: ВВЭР-1000)

Запорожская АЭС (реактор серия: ВВЭР-1000)

Южно-украинская АЭС (реактор серия: ВВЭР-1000)

В письме от 14 августа идет речь о необходимости срочной замены на трех украинских АЭС тепловыделяющих сборок американского производства в связи с их нестабильной работой.

Стоит ли говорить, что проблема с американскими комплектующими так и не была решена, что в итоге привело к, наверное, самой крупной аварии на АЭС со времен Фукусимы? Сегодня это понимает каждый думающий человек.

Как я уже писал в начале поста, естественной, предсказуемой, но от этого не менее печальной реакцией руководства страны стало банальное замалчивание масштабов и глубины сложившегося кризиса.

Интересное наблюдение, что как бы в «противовес» этим пруфам в сети немедленно появилась масса опровергателей: «коренных запорожцев», инженеров-атомщиков, всех как один работающих на 3-м энергоблоке ЗАЭС, а также их дочерей, ведрами пьющих воду из Днепра и Каховского водохранилища.

Каждый решает сам, насколько убедительны доказательства масштаба аварии и степени вины Киева.  Лично я считаю, что информации вполне достаточно, чтобы обвинить киевское правительство как минимум в преступной халатности.

Согласно многочисленным свидетельствам, уже пострадало значительное количество людей в различных областях Украины, а насколько катастрофическими будут последствия проведенного наспех в условиях строгой секретности ремонта – покажет время.

UPD. 6 декабря был остановлен 3-ий энергоблок Южно-Украинской АЭС. Критикам версии про некачественные американские комплектующие становится все труднее бороться с реальностью.

Наиболее вероятными причинами аварии нужно назвать две.

Первая причина: попытка замены российских ТВЭЛ на американские, из-за которых на Украине уже происходили ядерные ЧП.

Начиная с весны мировые эксперты и ветераны-атомщики заявляли, что США готовят «второй Чернобыль», а «новые власти Киева не только согласны на все — лишь бы США заплатило денег, а Россия их потеряла». Журналисты и атомщики напоминали, что загрузка в реакторы не приспособленного для них ядерного топлива от Westinghouse, может привести к трагедии. Так, американские стрежни уже были загружены на чешской АЭС «Темелин», после чего там произошла разгерметизация ТВЭЛ. В результате Чехия от американских услуг отказалась.

Применение на украинских АЭС ядерного топлива Westinghouse так же чуть было не привело к ядерной катастрофе. В 2012 году из-за нетехнологичных американских топливных элементов Украина с трудом избежала второго Чернобыля. Прямые убытки «Энергоатома» от экстренной выгрузки топливных элементов Westinghouse из 2 и 3 энергоблоков Южно-Украинской АЭС составили $175 млн.

Однако, сейчас менять топливные элементы не было нужды, ни физической, ни финансовой- в первом полугодии 2014 года «Росатом» бесплатно поставил Украине их на сумму в $339 млн: «…мы ни разу не сорвали ни одной поставки топлива, и сегодня по-прежнему все украинские атомные станции обеспечиваются топливом российского производства. На следующий год заключен контракт на все поставки», — хвалился в самом конце ноября глава «Росатома», С.Кириенко, который готов поддерживать власть Порошенко-Коломойского за счет народа России.

Вторая причина: преступные эксперименты или откровенная диверсия.

Есть все основания считать, что оккупационный режим еврейских олигархов передал Запорожскую АЭС для проведения преступных экспериментов своим кураторам из США – готовых там спровоцировать «новый Чернобыль».

Напоминаем, что в начале июня в условиях повышенной секретности во второй энергоблок зашли американские специалисты в военной форме, а работников станции отправили во «временный отпуск». Сотрудники Запорожской АЭС сообщили, что персонал второго энергоблока в течение нескольких дней не пускают на работу, а цель и действия американских специалистов скрывались от персонала АЭС: «Кто сидит за пультом, непонятно. Человек, сообщивший о действиях граждан США в обстановке секретности, находится не ближе второго ряда на посту управления реакторного цеха №2. Не последняя фигура».

С тем учетом, что тогда предполагалось наступление российской армии, один из предполагаемых сценариев – подрыв АЭС, чтобы затем перевести вину на «кровавых русских».

Поскольку информация об американцах на АЭС стала достижением гласности, в августе была произведена смена режима безопасности. Согласно постановления оккупационного режима, АЭС перешли под охрану вооруженных отрядов фанатиков из «нацгвардии майдана» (в августе также стало известно, что глава Европейского еврейского союза И.Коломойский с подельниками собрался взрывать Запорожскую ГЭС) .

Что происходило осенью на энегоблоках Запорожской АЭС – неизвестно. При этом есть основания утверждать, что авария – это даже не результат опасных экспериментов «над атомной энергетикой Украины», а подрыв одного из ранее заложенных зарядов или вовсе неудачная диверсия, совершенная в бессильной злобе в надвигающейся энергетической катастрофе по принципу «так не доставайся же ты никому».

После Чернобыля – Запорожье?

Многие помнят, что топливо для этих АЭС (речь идет о Запорожской АЭС в г. Энергодаре) и Южно-Украинской АЭС в Хмельницкой области, разработали ученые и инженеры России. Кто-то также помнит, что когда в период воцарения Ющенки украинцами была предпринята первая попытка смены в реакторной зоне Южно-Украинской АЭС радиоактивных стержней производства ТВЭЛ — топливной компании Росатома на американские произошел сильнейший сбой в работе (читай, авария), и расхлебывать ситуацию пришлось снова-таки специалистам России. Украина тогда потеряла 175 млн долларов, потребовавшихся на восстановление работоспособности реакторов.

И в 2012-м, и в 2013-м годах на Украине были «зафиксированы разрушения тепловыделяющих сборок американского производства из-за конструктивных особенностей американской технологии».

Украина в своем прогибе не одинока: под давлением США были закрыты станции в Литве (Игналинская одноконтурная, которую тоже строил в 1980-х весь Советский Союз), в Восточной Германии, часть реакторов АЭС в Словакии и Болгарии.

Так же, как на Украине, там предпринимались попытки заменить российское реакторное топливо американским. «Эксперименты», проведенные компанией Westinghouse (США) в Финляндии, Словении и Чехии (на АЭС «Темелин») также закончились крахом: американские топливные сборки выходили из строя, создавая угрозу ядерной аварии.

Ожидать, что сегодня, в период перехода Украины под окончательное внешнее управление «ликвидационной администрацией», снова начнутся эксперименты с АЭС, можно было, конечно, но и хотелось верить в здравый смысл даже нынешних киевских властителей.

Тревога началась с первых дней попыток государственного переворота в Киеве в декабре 2013-го и начале 2014-го, когда появились сообщения, что отряды правосеков ринулись «захватывать» АЭС. Это звучало как фрагмент из голливудского фильма про какую-нибудь «планету обезьян», но тогда же службы, ответственные за охрану АЭС, твердо заявили, что наряды усилены и попытки нарушения зоны охраны будут пресекаться даже огнем.

Сегодня голливудский сценарий разрухи шагает по бывшей Украине в полный рост, а потому уже удивляться нечему. Кто-то на днях остроумно высказался в соцсетях — «они же йети!», но всем уже не до смеха…

Поскольку в соответствии с опубликованным в первой декаде августа постановлением правительства Украины, именно «национальной гвардии майдана» (это те же правосеки) поручено охранять «ракеты-носители», ядерные материалы и ядерные отходы. СМИ сообщали: «Согласно постановлению, Нацгвардия обязана оборонять территорию страны, обезвреживать незаконные вооруженные формирования, охранять особо важные государственные объекты, базы военного и материально-технического обеспечения МВД».

По мнению эксперта А. Горохова, на фоне развала украинских высокотехнологичных отраслей экономики атомная энергетика выглядела островком благополучия и стабильности. Правда, уже в первые дни после февральского государственного переворота стало ясно, что такая ситуация долго не продержится: буквально с порога новая власть объявила о намерении прекратить сотрудничество с Россией в области ядерных технологий и переориентироваться на США.

Как бы то ни было, результат на лицо – оккупированная страна, как и все ее обманутое население, превращены в заложников безжалостного режима «избранных», идеологически готовому к истреблению коренного населения.

Вот и развязка истории с Запорожской АЭС. Как ни пытались нас водить за нос, убеждать, что все в порядке, системы работают в штатном режиме, и случилось рядовое отключение трансформатора из-за большой нагрузки, правда то все равно всплыла. Теперь чиновникам уже не отделаться дежурными фразами, мол, беспокоиться абсолютно не о чем.

Как можно было не объявить эвакуацию?? Или теплое местечко в кабинете дороже жизней и здоровья людей? Хотя…что тут удивляться, всей этой прогнившей системе власти давно нельзя ни верить, ни ожидать от нее разумных действий. А страдает снова народ.
