Earlier,
a photograph was posted on Mike Ruppert's FB page purporting to show
a 2013 photo of Reactor no. 4 with “the reactor well and tool pit
(key-hole shaped) are completely visible and full of water. The spent
fuel pool is clearly visable at the top right and intact” This is
supposed to indicate that the “ FOIA documents are at best
inaccurate”
In this March 24, 2011 aerial photo taken by a small unmanned drone and released by AIR PHOTO SERVICE, damaged Unit 3, left, and Unit 4 of the crippled Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant are seen in Okumamachi, Fukushima prefecture, northern Japan. (Air Photo Service Co. Ltd., Japan)
These
selected photos from 2011 are very hard to square with the above
photo and give a good sense of the damage to reactors 3 and 4 from
the explosions.
