More extreme weather for Tasmania

*** HEADS UP TASMANIA! MORE RAIN TO COME ***

**** PLEASE SHARE THIS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION AS THE FLOOD THREAT IS FAR FROM OVER ****

Via Facebook
- With the extreme flooding happening over parts of northern Tasmania the last thing residents want is more rain, unfortunately there is more to come as the low and front over SA moves east/south east and impacts Tasmania from later today/tonight and into tomorrow.

- This has the potential to produce widespread 20-40mm through the north with isolated falls of 50-60mm, normally rainfall like this will not cause any problems but with so much rain and flooding already this may make things worse before they get better with a possibility of another peak in rivers.

- More cold fronts will produce showers across the state Friday and Saturday but mostly for western and southern areas

- Please continue to follow the warnings whether through here/BOM, Tasmania Police or local media.
