I
have found it almost IMPOSSIBLE to find any material on the effect of
Matthew on Cuba. We are only hearing about Haiti because of the sheer
numbers affected while we get saturation coverage of Florida.
This seems to be IT.
The Cubans seem to have been partially spared because they were well-prepared.
