If
we think that the behavior of Japanese institutions, culture and
leaders is bizarre, insane and destructive, we miss that fact that in
terms of surreality and irrationality the UK is likely to set the
standard for stupidity and Dantean madness.
It's
going to get much, much worse and much more bizarre. Britain may
become the quintessential insane asylum.

Nuance: UK's annoying behavior law threatens protesters, criminalizes
childhood
Causing
a nuisance in Britain could get you 2 years in jail or an unlimited
fine if new anti-social laws are pushed through. And it could even
apply to children as young as ten, which is really worrying civil
liberties groups.
