INTEL: Ukraine Government Planning FALSE FLAG ATTACK in Mariupol within 72 Hours

A FALSE FLAG CHEMICAL ATTACK is allegedly being planned by the Ukraine Government against Mariupol, Ukraine, to be used as an excuse for heavy military engagement against political separatists in Donetsk, Ukraine.   This FALSE FLAG ATTACK is allegedly to be perpetrated within the next 72 Hours, on or about December 14 in Ukraine.   (Ukraine is 7 hours AHEAD of the U.S. East Coast time zone.)

Below is information from the Donetsk People's Republic Militia.  It was translated into English, so the grammar is not what one would typically expect on the Hal Turner Radio Show web site.

Broadcasting information about the movement and intentions of Ukraine government troops is a crime in Ukraine.  That law cannot be applied to this American-based web site, which is an accredited media outlet, protected by the First Amendment to the US Constitution.  We herewith invoke our Constitutionally-protected right to freedom of the press.

EMERGENCY BRIEFING OF THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE'S MILITIA.OF DONETSK PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC. (TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH)

"Our intelligence produced irrefutable proof of the Ukraine Armed Forces (UAF) preparation for an attack on the Mariupol sector. The information is obtained from reliable sources and reveals the plan of the Ukrainian armored forces. 

The purpose of the planned attack is to seize the territory of Novoazovsk and Telmanovo districts and to gain control of the border between the Donetsk Public Republic and the Russian Federation in KONKOVO and KHOLODNOYE settlements’ area.

Formed enemy offensive grouping for a total more than 12 thousand persons, is concentrated along the line of contact near the NOVOTROITSKOE, SHIROKINO, ROVNOPOL settlement. More than 50 tanks, 40 multiple artillery rocket systems, 180 guns and mortars are concentrated here. 

The first echelon consists of the 128th mountain assault and 79th airborne assault brigade. In the second echelon – the 56th heavy infantry brigade and the 36th brigade of Marines. 

The basis of the artillery brigade is two multiple launcher rocket system battalion of 27th artillery brigade and multiple launcher rocket system battalion of the 15th artillery regiment. In addition, 12 units of MLRS "Smerch" of the 40th artillery brigade were transferred on an emergency basis to the area of the VOLODARSKOYE settlement.

On reserve is derived the tactical element "Mariupol" in the 73rd marine center for special forces (about 500 persons) and two power-propelled howitzer battalions of the 1st and 406th artillery brigades.

The functions of the barrier troops are entrusted to the bandits of the regiment "Azov."

According to the plan of the Ukrainian command on the morning of 14 December, after an artillery preparation of advanced troops of 128 and 79 brigades have to go on the offensive from the frontier town of GRANITE - SHIROKINO in the direction of the settlement KLINKINO with the task by the end of December 15th, to get to the state border of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in the area of settlements KON’KOVO and KHOLODNOE.

To make the further progress of the offensive and covering the attack elements of the 79th brigade is planned to follow-on attack the second echelon of the 56th mechanized infantry brigade from the line of the PRIMORSKOE – SHEVCHENKO in the direction of the settlement KLINKINO. 

For disrupting control of our troops it is a possibility of subversive acts by the forces of tactical troop "Mariupol".

After the completion of the operation on the occupied territory by the forces of the Nazi regiment " Azov "and also raid troops of the 36th marine brigade, it is planned to “clean up” settlements from unwelcome" elements " and opponents of the Ukrainian occupation.

The command of this criminal adventure is assigned to war criminal Moysuka, who received on the 6th of December, from the hands of (Ukraine President) Poroshenko, the rank of General for his loyalty.

The causes for the armed aggression will be a FALSE FLAG terrorist attack committed by the Ukrainian national security environment in Mariupol.

These actions will be accompanied by hysteria in the Ukrainian media, adopted to convince Ukrainians and the international community of justice and justification of aggression against us.

Obviously, Kiev expects that in these conditions the issue of gross violation of the Minsk agreements in the OSCE will not be raised and the international community will turned a blind eye to the bloody crimes of the Poroshenko regime.

It’s no coincidence that the date of the operation’s completion of the Ukrainian armored forces is the 15th of December. Apparently Poroshenko can not wait at the “schismatic Cathedral”, which he gathers on the same day, to report to the schismatics, in fact, the traitors of the Ukrainians, who is he by himself, about his military victories. Actually, this is the main reason for the provocation conceived by the Kiev authorities – no matter what to demonstrate PEREMOGA. That’s why Naiev and Moysyuk, seeking to curry favor, don't feel sorry for soldiers only to carry out criminal orders of his President.

I appeal to the Ukrainian soldiers. We defend our Motherland. We are on our land. You came to Donbass as aggressors. Our cause is just. We will win. Think about your families. Fighting against us, you don’t defend Ukraine. You defend the interests of Poroshenko and his company.

I urge OSCE observers to pay attention to the military preparations of the UAF and stop the aggression. When the combat operation resume, you could not tell you didn't know it was being prepared.

I appeal to the residents of Mariupol. Brothers and sisters, be vigilant. In case we can’t prevent the National Security Agency’s diversion do not panic. Keep quiet.

In the period from 11 to 14th of December try not to be near the industrial facilities with the stock of chemicals-chlorine, ammonia and others. Take care of children. They’re least protected under these conditions.

UKRAINE ALERTS 90 HOSPITALS; PREPARE FOR INCOMING WOUNDED - "CLEANSING" OF "UNWANTED ELEMENTS"

Ukrainian authorities plan to use more than 90 hospitals across the country to treat injured servicemen during the offensive in Donbass, said DPR People’s Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin. Military to "cleanse unwanted elements."

“The lists of hospitals to be used for treatment of injured servicemen have been drawn in cooperation with the administrations of regions where martial law was declared. They include 90-plus hospitals with the total capacity of 41,000.”

In other hospitals, 8,000 beds are prepared.

Basurin presented a classified letter to the JFO commander Sergey Naev sent by the head of medical aid organization and development department of the health department of Donetsk regional state administration Natalia Philippova and obtained by the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Intelligence.

The document descries plans to prepare additional beds in hospitals of eight regional centers and to assign medical deans in DPR towns after they are “liberated” by the Ukrainian army.

This is a strong proof of Kiev’s plans to launch a large-scale offensive in Donbass, Basurin said.

Earlier DPR Intelligence reported British military experts arrival to Ukrainian-occupied Artyemovsk to prepare chemical attacks in the DPR north and that Kiev developed a plan to carry out sabotage act at the Stirol plant to deflect DPR forces and penetrate the DPR territory.

Ukraine declared martial law on November 26 in ten Ukrainian regions adjacent to Russia and Transnistria, or Kiev-controlled Donbass regions, or the Black Sea and Sea of Azov.

Martial law is brought in all over the state or in designated areas in accordance with the bill “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”. Martial law provides military authorities and leadership with greater and unlimited power, while restricting civil liberties such as public gatherings, media freedoms and free movement.

 

ETHNIC CLEANSING

 

The plan is that in the morning December 14, the artillery preparation will be followed by an offensive of 128th and 79th brigades moving from Granitnoye-Shirokino line towards Klinkino to reach DPR border by December 15 night. The Azov regiments and 36th marine brigade will be tasked with cleansing of the territory to remove “all unwanted elements contesting Ukrainian occupation.”
