Strange “HAARP” clouds over Sicily, leading to yesterday’s eruption

On Dec. 22 - this is north of Sicily...it's very distinct beaming of the clouds


 On Dec. 23 - over the west end of Sicily and further west - the lines and hatch marks in the clouds.
