Tropical Storm Lidia To Impact Southern California By Sunday
31
August, 2017
Yes,
a tropical storm and the influence of it will impact the entire
forecast area by Sunday into early this next week so read on for
details.
Tropical
Storm Lidia is currently packing winds of 60 mph down near Cabo San
Lucas, Mexico and is moving to the north-northwest with time.
She likely will continue moving in our general direction and with
that the risk of tropical storm conditions, including winds,
flooding, and thunderstorms will be on the rise after Sunday.
What we are seeing now is not an influence from her, however it would
get worse in terms of those conditions.
More
information will be given to you as I calculate the exact path, but
Sunday on for a few days you should not plan any camping or hiking
trips as fast developing flood and thunderstorm conditions may be
expected.
Stay
tuned to Southern California Weather Force for the updates
