12% of Kiwi kids not in education

Ok this is something to be very concerned about . It comes from the 2013 Unicef Report Card 11 It shows that just over 12% of young people in New Zealand are not in education , employment or training . The only 2 OECD countries with higher rates are Spain and Bulgaria .
