car of a high-profile official has exploded in the capital of
Russia’s Republic of Dagestan, Makhachkala. The car was parked
outside the residential house where the official lives. According to
preliminary reports, nobody was injured or killed. Earlier reports
suggested that the official was inside his car when it exploded.
