Yesterday in Texas, 78 yr. old Eleanor Fairchild was arrested ON ELEANORS OWN LAND, along with Daryl Hannah. Why TransCanada took some of Eleanors land by eminent domain to build a pipeline. Yes a foreign corporation was allowed by Texas govt. to use eminent domain AGAINST a citizen of the US.
