Are they really going to rebuild America’s 4th largest city, built on a swamp that leads out to the sea, subject to hurricanes and huge storm surges.

belongings.
After Hurricane Harvey hit Houston thousands of people were displaced. Flooding caused significant damage on homes and roads. This family returns home to see the damage the flooding has inflicted.
