Here is the extended version Peter Wadhams' views on the latest IPCC SR 1.5 Report. While the sense of urgency they transmit is much more realistic, they are still underestimating. There is still over-reliance on models that omit certain feedbacks. While they are sincere in their work, we have to remember the pressures placed upon them by the policy makers they are supposed to advise.
