MEAN METHANE LEVELS AS HIGH AS 1906 PPB

The MetOp-1 satellite recorded a mean global methane level of 1906 ppb on the morning of September 20, 2018, at 293 mb. This is a level unprecedented in human history and it far exceeds the WMO-data-based trend (added on the right).
