I was JUST talking to my compatriots about this. Also check out the huge pile of heat at the tip of Greenland. WTF?!? Also, check out the stream of hot water that was cruising up to Wvalbard has become blotchy and very cold water that echos the area of methane release. You can also see that same signature up in the NW Pacific. I think those areas of cold water could possibly reflect methane release areas.
