Unprecedented
cloud-cover over New Zealand
My partner, Pam and I spend quite a lot of time looking upwards and commenting on how strange the skies appear these days.
No more so than what we observed this morning:
Neither of us has seen anything like this before.
This is how NASA Worldview recorded the skies to the east of New Zealand.
I do not know if this is what cumulus cloud looks like when viewed from space but the clouds recorded above are a new one on us
While we are on the theme Margo picked up the following - a cloud formation that extends from Mexico and the US right across the Atlantic.
