Arctic Sea Ice Report with Margo & Robin

I have just come off a livestream with Margo where I play a supporting role.

Mostly we discuss the lifting of previously thick ice off the area above the north coast of Greenland and one of the Canadian islands and compare this from what has happened before, most particularly in 2012 which set the record of the lowest sea ice extent.

This is because of warm waters from the Atlantic and melting from below.

We also touch on the situation with regard to methane.

What really shocked me are the high levels of emissions in parts of New Zealand.

Arctic Sea Ice Report with Margo & Robin - August 19, 2018

Margo and Robin discuss the latest Arctic sea ice developments and recent research. Time is short. Be kind to one another and get your spiritual houses in order. God bless everyone!
Power to the Truth! Peace,

  1. CH4 New Zealand. I do not remember where off the coast of NZ, but I do remember from probably Arctic Sea Ice Forum (Maybe was Oil Drum) that there are several hydrate sites at depth off of the coast of NZ. The deeper the depth, the more metabolism to CO2 in water via bacteria occurs. That might be another methane source for NZ. Or not.

  2. Yes, I remember this too but I would have to hunt for it. It is one of the feedbacks mentioned by Guy McPherson in his big essay.
