Ice flowing out of the Arctic Ocean.
Ice flowing out of the Arctic Ocean alongside the East side of Greenland.
The Mid Atlantic Ridge goes through the Fram Strait When it enters the Arctic Ocean, it is called the Gakkel Ridge. The Gakkel Ridge goes through the Arctic Ocean and ends up under the Laptev Sea and then goes into Siberia. Warmer Atlantic Ocean water flows into the Arctic Ocean through the Fram Strait closer to Svalbard and colder water and ice flow out of the Arctic Ocean closer to Greenland.
