What is this car pulling out of the mosque with a bald man sitting in the passenger seat?

"They blocked my post with pictures so here goes again without the images of the car.

"Check this out....spotted by a listener... around 1:17 into the video.

"This is the same day, same car, same license plate, as the car parked at the front entrance of al-Noor Mosque that left half way through the shooting.

"There is a bald man sitting in the passenger seat.

"Anyone know this guy?"
