seems like our planet is under siege by extreme weather events that
have been increasing in frequency, severity & duration.
Superstorm Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, & Maria have shattered lives
and savaged infrastructure in Texas (notably Houston), Florida
(especially Key West) & the Caribbean (Puerto Rico, US &
British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Barbuda), etc...
