The Syrian President Bashar-El-Assad has today proposed to the Syrian parliament to arm the rebels, French "Yellow Vests" to help overthrow the power of Emmanuel Macron.

The French observatory of Human Rights, held by Eric Drouet, denounced abuses for months in the country.

Assad explained that he had tens of thousands of weapons of French origin "that had been given to the Syrian rebels" and that he would return to France with pleasure.

"To each his own" were his last words before walking out of the parliament, the smile on his lips.
