"The reactions on my timeline are nothing compared to the comments on my article in American Thinker. People there are saying that Trump should suspend the Constitution (thus becoming a tyrant!!!) because the USA is in a state of war with the immigrants!!!

His followers are FAR more scary than Trump himself: They have been driven to the edge of sanity by decades of disenchantment, disillusionment, and disenfranchisement.

The system is broken, it is not working for them anymore, so they have become nihilists: they don't want to REFORM the system - they are out to DESTROY it (and themselves together with it, although they don't realize it yet.)

This is not the stuff of elections - it is the stuff of suicidal revolutions.

People have been saying precisely the same things prior to the French Revolution, the Communist Revolutions in Russia, and the Nazi Revolution in Germany.

It is staring into the abyss and loving it!"
