George Monbiot on climate change

I used to be a great fan of George Monbiot until 2011 when he very publicly endorsed nuclear power (AFTER Fukushima!) and 2012 when he said, We were wrong on peak oil. There's enough to fry us all

I wonder if he has changed his mind on either of those two things.
