DELHI: With the prevailing high temperature threatening to affect the
wheat crop, the government today said the next 2-3 days will be
crucial and it is closely monitoring the situation.
As
per the Agriculture Ministry's data, the sowing of wheat -- the main
rabi (winter) crop -- has been lagging so far due to lack of soil
moisture following two consecutive drought years.

Sowing
of wheat and other rabi crpos begins from October and harvest starts
from April.
"Unfortunately,
there were unseasonal rains and untimely rains in the last 2-3
seasons. Now, we are facing higher than normal temperature. There is
no need to panic. We hope in the next 2-3 days, the temperature will
come down," Agriculture Secretary Siraj Hussain told reporters
here.
Sating
that the next 2-3 days are going to be crucial for rabi crops, he
said, "If weather conditions of longer term forecast given by
Pune-based IMD comes true, it will be fine. We are watching the
situation very closely

This is why they deploy fake optimism along with the "victim/perpetrator" narrative in their fundraising efforts. It goes something like this, "Help us stand up to the big guys, please donate."

The new thin film solar panels are more toxic and wear out faster. Huge solar interests pay trolls to extoll the virtues and mythology of renewable energy.

James Hansen wants 100% of your carbon taxes returned to you, the private citizen. He wants 0% to go to the government. Bill McKibben, Naomi Klein and Bernie Sanders want government to get 60% of that tax money because they are power hungry socialists. The proposed Sanders/Boxer bill was presented in the Senate to accomplish exactly that. Hansen's ideas are the only way to unite the left and right, as well as rich and poor in the most effective way to quickly reduce emissions. Klein, McKibben and Sanders will never support Hansen's 100% private citizen tax dividend. Nearly all green groups and socialists are fighting to gain control of carbon taxes. They are not fighting to save earth. All you need to do is to ask any green group the following 4 questions.
1) Will renewable energy save the climate? They will answer yes.
2) Is eating meat the #1 cause of human emissions? They will say no.
3) Do you support James Hansen's 100% carbon tax dividends? They will say no.
4) Can we have growth and reduce emissions? They will say yes. This is not true.
