Tokyo Shimbun and the
flycatcher contaminated with
hot particles
20
April, 2014
Today’s
Tokyo Shimbun evening paper has picked up on this bird from a barn in
Iitate which is in Fukushima Prefecture, This local bird, the
flycatcher is from the ficedula
family and seems to be systemically exposed with hot particles.
The
black spots are radioactive substances, we can guess where the
radiation in the body is from. It is from eating insects and plants
containing radioactive material and also you can see part of the
abdomen is uniformly black.
