The GCSB Bill: Genuflecting to New Zealand's masters

This is something that should be seen by EVERY New Zealander.

Ask yourself - WHY do we need this?

Dissecting the GCSB

bill

From TV3's John Campbell

In short, the GCSB bill allows the organisation to spy on New Zealanders and to pass what they learn on to foreign governments.

"If you don't do anything wrong, you have nothing to hide" is a common response to criticism of such unprecedented power.

But the SIS can already spy on New Zealanders and so can the police.

The GCSB bill connects domestic spying to global spy networks, which, as we've recently learnt, are listening to almost everyone.

Now, the bill is being passed under urgency.

But why? Shouldn't we get this right?

The Prime Minister is now trying to win support from either Peter Dunne or New Zealand First to get the bill through.

But whose bill is it, really? And who will we be spying for?

  1. we vote to get the ministers in, and they do this shit all the time.
who can we trust to actually act on our behalf.
Why is it so important to spend this money on this shit, when we need a parent training program so our kids get fed,,,
why are they so blind?, why are we so convalesive towards this attitude of she'll be right.
Why is our attitude not, do it once do it right, as we seem to have been in the past, that #8 wire could and would fix anything, now we get a review board to see if the review board is addequate.
    Heads out of ass' people,
