The World's Most Indebted Nations

According to this listing the most indebted nations are not Greece, or even Portugal or Italy; not even the United States.  It is the northern European nations of Ireland, the UK, Scandinavia and Germany that have the most debt.

Ireland's debt is a huge 1,382 per cent of GDP.
