Fight for Jerusalem: Israeli Air Force attacks Gaza Strip

December, 2017
Israeli
aviation has attacked a training camp and a military arsenal of
Palestine in the Gaza Strip, in response to rocket attacks from the
enclave, the army's press service said.
The
exchange occurred on the day of mass protests by Palestinians against
the US decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
"In
response to the rockets launched earlier today on Israel, the air
force attacked the training camp of Hamas and the weapons storage in
the Gaza Strip," the press release said.
As
a result of the air strike, ten people were injured, a representative
of local medical services said.
The
raid was the response to the launch of at least two missiles in the
south of Israel, one of which was intercepted by the Iron Dome
missile defense system.
The
responsibility for the shelling, as a result of which no one was
injured, was laid by the Israelis on the ruling Hamas movement in the
enclave.
