Military Movements Increase: Is the US Preparing for Civil Unrest?

There are an increasing number of large military movements showing up on YouTube.  According to the poster of this video and confirmed by TrainOrders.com, this train -- Military Special SPTYR22 -- was the third of seven military trains that recently left Portland with a destination of Yermo, Southern California.
