This is what I have to deal with every day

Computer malfunction or harassment?

After having successfully captured a video onto my HD my computer "froze" and became unresponsive. This happens just about EVERY day.

When I came back with a friend and a camera everything had righted itself (although you can see what "ultra-fast broadband looks like in the other video). Subsequnet attempts to share the video became very difficult. I had to try THREE TIMES to upload onto Facebook and could not drag the files onto my homescreen until I restarted the computer.

After having saved a video onto my HD I tried opening apps without success. The computer became unresponsive. 15 minutes later we came back and filmed the screen while I gave a brief commentary. This is the result (the second time we've tried this with the same result). My computer has been checked recently and we have gone onto ultra-fast broadband so no conventional explanations seem to explain this and no "geek" has been able to explain this over the years.
