The Christchurch "rebuild"

For anyone who is interested, here's a new drone fly-through of parts of Christchurch's CBD, four years after the Feb Earthquake. Here's the "progress" that National has overseen since then.

I predicted after the 2011 earthquake (and was attacked for it), that Christchurch would never be rebuilt in any meaningful way

This seems to confirm it.
