Zakharchenko: Ukraine has betrayed its troops in the Debaltsevo cauldron

We have a right to live independently, to wage independent economic politics, which was once again confirmed by the Minsk agreements. The processes that go on here basically have no relation to Ukraine in general. We have our own life. We earned this right with arms. And we continue to earn it. This is our view of the Minsk agreements, which it is not contrary to the spirit and the points signed there.

As far as local elections, an order regarding People's Council needs to be prepared. We will pass the law about common governance, which has been adopted by our People's Council, and according to this law local elections will take place.

Not one of the parties, which participated in the hostilities in Donbass, the representatives of those parties, has a right to participate in local elections.

Please note that there is not a single word about Debaltsevo in the Minsk agreements. This means that Ukraine simply betrayed the 5 thousand people in the Debaltsevo cauldron. I can say the following, we will stop fire across the entire territory of Donetsk People's Republic, except for internal areas. Internal areas means Debaltsevo.

Any attempt of UAF to break out of this cauldron or deblock it will be considered a violation of the Minsk agreements, and naturally these attempts will be foiled, and the enemy will be destroyed.

The chocolatier had announced, that if there will be no peace in 10 hours, he will declare a martial law in the country.

"Even before Minsk, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, I warned that we will (if there is no peace) have to make a very difficult, but necessary decision to impose martial law. I emphasize again: in this case, martial law will be introduced not only in Donetsk and Lugansk, but throughout the country," - he said.

I can add to this that:

1. Kiev schools began to lecture children on civil defense (where to go, during bombing; what to do if wounded; not to pick up unfamiliar objects and so on);

2. State agencies in Kiev began preparing for evacuation. Including central agencies - AP [Presidential Administration], Cabinet of Ministers, MO [Ministry of Defense], SBU... (making lists of what/who needs to evacuate first, second, third, what documents to destroy, and so on).

In general, in Kukuev [Kiev] there is a light panic in the upper layers of the atmosphere. Those individuals who are closer to the bodies of the "seniors" already KNOW that in half a year their asylum in Kukuev will be no more, which is what they bring up in private conversations, bitterly upset.

It seems that Peter Alekseevich [Poroshenko] thinks that the martial law will save him from a coup. In my opinion, centralization of power will only increase the chaos in the country and accelerate the collapse and disintegration. Over the past year, the "center" showed how it can manage the country. :)

By the way, again from personal contacts... One (crippled in the ATO) UAF officer said that recently he got a call from friends, with whom he fought together, and was asked whether he would participate in the march on Kiev. My friend replied: yes, he will. On crutches, biatch, will walk, or crawl, just to get THEM...

How serious is this, I  don't know. Time will tell.

Donetsk is subjected to the most powerful attack in the entire war for independence of Donbass.

The city is shaking from explosions and is under fire from exploding ammunition of Ukrainian terrorists. Emergency vehicles are rushing through the streets.

In different district shooting from automatic weapons is heard - military police and DPD army eliminate saboteurs.

"I have a feeling as if all the "fascist dogs" got a command to attack", - reports from the scene our military correspondent. "Many Donetsk residents, who are not easily scared anymore, doubt they will survive this night and are saying goodbye to loved ones."

It is hard to imagine how many will be wounded and killed in the fire of hell, organized by the Ukrainian army.

According to preliminary information under the fire of artillery and MLRS of the enemy are Gorlovka, Yenakievo, and other towns and villages of Donetsk region.

The army of Donetsk People's Republic is holding counterbattery fire. You can be sure that many fascists will not survive this night and will answer before God for their bloody crimes.
