Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern will not let his First Amendment rights be infringed upon by the New York City Police Department or any other organization, the prominent anti-war activist told RT’s Alexey Yaroshevsky outside of a Manhattan courthouse. 

The ex-intelligence officer was arrested in October for attempting to ask—at a question-and-answer event for which he had purchased a ticket – Gen. David Petraeus questions about his ‘successes’ in Iraq, and was only recently cleared of the criminal charges filed against him after a legal challenge.
