I suspect Kim Dotcom is very close to the truth

There are many explanations as to why Trump made the decision he did which range from him making a "humanitarian" decision based on not wnating to kill 150 people (bullshit of course!) to it's all smoke-and-mirrots, a psy-op and no such decision was ever made.

I feel that the truth is probably closer somewhere in between and this may be closer to the truth - which indicates that the Emperor has lost his clothes
