Tourists saw soemthign blow up in the sky off coast of Hawaii

Hawaii tourists say that they saw something blow up in the sky

A group of about 20 people including tour guides say that they were about 100 nautical miles away from hawaii In tour boats, and they describe a meteor being blown up in the sky....shortly after 8 am. Is this connected to the false nuclear warning?

Does anybody know if this is true.
