Jet
Stream Shift South Can Take Out Larsen C
Paul Beckwith
Following
up on my previous jet stream video, I now discuss how a slight
southward shift of the Southern Hemisphere jet stream can nudge the
10% section of the Larsen C ice shelf that is poised to break off,
seaward, and essentially rip it off the main ice shelf.
Do
we really want to risk everything on our planet by allowing abrupt
climate change to proceed unchecked? NOT ME. We cannot roll over and
succumb, like we are doing. We must declare a global climate
emergency, as the first step to concerted action for climate
restoration.
