Humanity is at a crossroads

I have not had the time to really respond to the events of the last few days, so I will leave it to my friend, Juanita McKenzie to speak for me.

A cris-de-coeur

Juanita McKenzie

I think we're at a crossroads! Humanity, that is! I think we have come to a time where collectively we must decide who we want to be as a species.

Up until now we have been given the stage and context in which to play our individual parts, be they big or small, good or bad. It's all a matter of perspective.

No one person is all good or all bad. It is all dependent upon the often differing perspective of the individual and the onlooker.

As humans we have been given the vast resources and tools of the universe to play with and through the use of these we have achieved good and bad depending on each individuals perspective.

However it seems we have been taken in a certain direction based on lies and manipulation and so our perspectives have been shaped in a way which is not in alignment with the better side of our natures.

I believe as Humanity we are now being asked to look honestly at ourselves to decide the truth of who we are. Have we individually and collectively woken enough to see through the lies and deceit? Will we now choose to see the path we have been following no longer serves the truth of who we are. and thus will we stand together and say enough?

Each of us knows we have the ability to love and to forgive. We don't have to keep making the same mistakes over and over. If we choose fear over love, we seal our own fates.

The death of General Solemani has provided Humanity with the context to make our choice. Love or Fear........the choice belongs to each of us but collectively what we decide will dictate how our world changes for better or worse!

So in making that decision, each one of us must know that we have done everything in our power to find the truth of the situation. We no longer have the excuse of being blindly led and manipulated when each of us has the world's knowledge at our fingertips.

Are we ready to ask the right questions, have the honest discussions, put behind us the old familiar beliefs that no longer serve us so that we may choose a new way forward.

A way that allows the beauty of who we can be to shine forth.

War is the choice of a juvenile species!

It's time for Humanity to put down its ugly destructive toys and to stop following the people who have continued to use war as the answer. If we don't make that choice now I believe we won't have anymore choices to make.
