PHOSPHORUS BOMBS USED BY UKRAINIANS?

"At the very least they are incendiary munitions,quite possibly phosphorus. If they are phosphorus it will be possible to prove it if trace samples are recovered from the impact zone.Either way the use of these munitions on civilians is a war crime."
