"Ukrainians
in the West of the country could hear the truth about the East of
their country for the first time in this program ON FRIDAY
(13.06.2014).
"Mark
Franchetti, war correspondent of The Sunday Times, reports in
Ukrainian TV in a life program about the events in Novorossiya.
"About
the self-defence forces he reports that they are not Russian
mercenaries and agents, but absolutely normal people, who are set to
protect their cities after the horror of Odessa and the bombardment
of their cities through the Ukrainian army and allied groups. They
are normal people without heavy armament or specific military
experience, otherwise the fights would run much differently, reports
the experienced war correspondent. Franchetti tells that the vast
majority of fighters are inhabitants of Donbass and other regions of
Ukraine. [Yes there are other groups helping them, on both sides by
the way.]
"After
that, the representatives of this dismal Kiev government as usually
twist and turn everything and state that Russia is behind everything.
The target is to fool the people and to keep them in line. In order
to defend their position, they even accuse
Mark
Franchetti to be working for Putin. A pattern that we know all too
well".
The British journalist tells the truth on Ukranian TV: who really fights in Donbass.

Pinned
to the ground by blizzard of bullets
As
Ukraine’s new president prepared to meet Putin in Paris, Mark
Franchetti joined a militia flushing out a border post in the east.
Then all hell broke loose

trap’
My
face is pressed so hard into the ground I can taste the dirt. I am
wearing a brand new flak jacket and helmet, but I feel completely
exposed.
Around
me a fierce battle is raging between Ukrainian soldiers defending a
border crossing with Russia and pro-Moscow separatists fighting to
capture it. Dmitry Beliakov, a photographer for this paper, and I are
caught in the middle. …...
They (Ukrainian nationalistic media) even accuse us people of Wellington who came for a peaceful demonstratrion under the slogans "Save Donbass Children" to draw the public attention to the humanitarian catastrophe in Donbass as being the "Putin's agents". So according to them if you are for peace, against war, for truth, against war propaganda angainst killing children and civillians means that you are the" Putin's agent". If we follow that logic Putin has 90% of the world population as his agents!
