There
is a wealth of information coming out through alternative and
Middle-East – based media that shows that there is much more going
on than just the Russian airstrikes and the East-West conflict.
In
the midst of war it is almost impossible to double-check the veracity
of every report that comes through. I would point out that in this
context I couldn’t take even every word emenating from the Russian
Ministry of Defence. There is bound to be propaganda designed to
create the impression they wish to create.
The
recent blanket denial of a military build-up in Latakia is a case in
point.
This
is not to be conpared with the egregious campaign of disinformation
coming from western mainstream media however.
Real War News, Israeli Commando’s Fight Alongside ISIS in Syria-
Militants Launch Major Offensive on Syrian Forces in Golan Heights with Help of Israeli ground forces
Currently
up to 800 IDF forces are operating in support of al Nusra and ISIS
inside Syria, coordinating operations including artillery and air
support for al Qaeda and other terrorist groups.
from Veterans
Today:
TEHRAN
(FNA)- Informed sources said that after the Israeli army shelled the
government-held areas in Golan Heights, militants of the Free Syrian
Army (FSA) and al-Nusra Front launched a new offensive on the Syrian
soldiers’ positions to capture the remaining villages inside the
Golan Heights.
The
sources said that the FSA and Nusra militants stormed the National
Defense Forces’ (NDF) positions at Tal Taranjah, Mazra’a Al-Amil,
Tal Hamriyah, and Tal Al-Ahmar, resulting in a series of intense
firefights that took most of the Monday morning and afternoon before
they dissipated due to the coming nightfall.
The
militant groups received a boost from their Israeli allies on Sunday
after the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) shelled the heights with
several rockets.
This
was not the first time that the Israeli Armed Forces have attacked
the Syrian army inside the Golan Heights: in early August, the
Israeli Air Force repeatedly struck the Syrian army in the towns of
Hadar and Khan Al-Sheih after the Israeli forces’ Spokesperson
reported that a missile entered Upper Galilee from the Syrian border.
Last
year, the Israeli forces struck the Syrian army at the UN Ceasefire
Border-Crossing after they alleged a rocket entered Israel from
Al-Quneitra; this paved the way for the al-Qaeda- affiliated al-Nusra
Front to take full-control over this border-crossing.
Currently
up to 800 IDF forces are operating in support of al Nusra and ISIS
inside Syria, coordinating operations including artillery and air
support for al Qaeda and other terrorist groups.
Syrian
Fighter Jets Bomb ISIL Camp in Raqqa through Using Russian Satellite
Imagery
TEHRAN
(FNA)- Military sources said that the Syrian Air Force, in
coordination with the Russian Air Force, launched a series of
powerful airstrikes above the ISIL capital of Raqqa city, targeting a
number of the terrorist group’s sites along the Raqqa-Deir Ezzur
International Highway and the Raqqa-Aleppo Highway.
Sources
from the Syrian Air Defense Force said that the Syrian warplanes
conducted 14 airstrikes above an Azeri ISIL camp in the Raqqa
governorate’s Eastern territories, resulting in the destruction of
the site and the numerous armored vehicles that were located in this
secluded area.
In
addition to their airstrikes above the Azeri camp, the Syrian fighter
jets struck the ISIL’s recently constructed electrical grids
outside of Raqqa city, cutting off the terrorist group’s
electricity to their capital and headquarters.
A
major reason for the Syrian Air Force’s aerial success has been the
satellite imagery provided to them from their Russian military
advisors; these images have helped pinpoint their targets and
increase their effectiveness.
Russian
Military Advisors Leading Syrian Forces Operations to Lift Siege on
Aleppo Airbase
TEHRAN
(FNA)- The Russian military advisors are overseeing the Syrian Army’s
battle against the ISIL Takfiri terrorists inside the Deir Hafer
Plains of East Aleppo to accelerate the lifting of the two year long
siege of the Kuweires airbase, military sources said.
The
sources said that with the Russians leading the operations from the
command room, the Syrian army’s Special Forces and the civilian-led
“National Defense Forces” (NDF) have benefitted immensely from
their guidance.
In
fact, this logistical assistance from their Russian military advisors
has propelled the Syrian forces to advance along the Southwestern
axis of the Kuweires airbase, resulting in the recent capture of
Al-Salihiyah after fierce firefights with the terrorist group.
The
Russians have also deployed a number of reconnaissance drones inside
the Deir Hafer Plains to capture footage of the terrorist group’s
movements along the Kuweires airbase’s frontlines.
Earlier
this month, military sources said that the Syrian army troops started
joint massive operations to push back the ISIL terrorists from the
nearby areas of Kuweires airbase in the Southern territories of the
Aleppo province.
Syria
in Last 24 Hours: Army Destroys Terrorists’ Positions in Hama
Province
TEHRAN
(FNA)- The Syrian air force destroyed the military positions of the
Takfiri terrorists in the Central province of Hama.
The
Syrian warplanes hit the hideouts of the Al-Nusra Front terrorist
group near al-Salamyeh in Hama province, killing and inuring tens of
them and destroying their weaponry and vehicles.
The
air force also targeted terrorists’ concentrations in Aqerbat, Jana
al-Albawi, al-Rahjan, Umm Mayal, al-Zyara, al-Mansoura and al-Zakat
in Eastern and Northwestern countryside of Hama, killing a number of
Al-Nusra terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Also
in the past 24 hours, the Syrian army backed by the popular forces
killed nearly a dozen Takfiri terrorists in a successful ambush in
the Northern parts of Sweida.
The
Syrian forces killed, at least, 10 Al-Nusra Front terrorists who were
trying to seize parts of the village of Lahe’e in Northern Sweida.
The
army also held 5 other Al-Nusra Front terrorists captive in Sweida.
The
Takfiri terrorists had reportedly penetrated into Sweida from the
neighboring Daraa province, but they were pushed back.
Elsewhere,
the Kurdish popular forces pushed the ISIL Takfiri terrorists back
from their positions near the city of Hasaka.
The
ISIL terrorists killed at least 20 ISIL terrorists in the Eastern
parts of Hasaka city near the village of Tal al-Saman.
Battlefield
dispatches said the Takfiri terrorists had to retreat from their
positions after sustaining heavy loses.
The
ISIL terrorists have started sporadic attacks on the Kurdish forces
after they were forced out of the city.
The
Kurdish forces’ operations came as they have gained full control
over the town of Ain Issa in Raqqa province.
Meantime,
the Syrian warplanes bombed positions of the Takfiri militants in the
Central Province of Homs, leaving a group of them dead.
The
air raids targeted ISIL positions and movement axes on
Palmyra-al-Sukhneh road in the countryside of Homs, and killed a
group of the terrorists and destroyed a number of their booby-trapped
vehicles.
The
Syrian army also clashed with terrorists who infiltrated into the
vicinity of the military posts South of Tal-Dao city, killing and
injuring all the members of the terrorist group.
The
fall of a strategic village in the province of Quneitra, Southern
Syria that was controlled by the terrorists forced Israel’s direct
intervention to compensate for the loss.
The
Israeli attack came after the Syrian army and the Lebanese Hezbollah
resistance forces took control of a strategic village in Quneitra on
Sunday.
The
army and resistance forces launched heavy attacks on terrorists’
positions in Taranja region of Quneitra and after several hours of
clashes won control over Taranja region.
Taranja
was of highly strategic importance for the terrorists because of its
vicinity to the Israeli border.
The
Israeli fighter jets severely hit the Mahyress artillery battalion of
the Syrian army just hours after the army and Hezbollah forces took
control of Taranja.
Also,
the Syrian government forces on Monday eradicated a terrorist group
in Daraa province.
The
army killed and injured all members of a terrorist group in the
Eastern countryside of Daraa, informed sources said.
Hezbollah
Preparing for Final Battle in Syria’s Qalamoun Mountains
TEHRAN
(FNA)- Informed sources said that the Lebanese Hezbollah Resistance
Movement forces are getting ready to carry out the final assault
against the ISIL Takfiri group and al-Nusra Front in the nearby areas
of Qalamoun to complete seal of Syria-Lebanon border against the
terrorists’ infiltration.
Hezbollah’s
primary focus will be Jaroud Qarah and Ras Ba’albak; these two
areas have recently become a hotspot for the ISIL to launch assaults
on the Syrian Army’s positions at the border-city of Al-Qusayr in
the Homs governorate.
If
Hezbollah captures Jaroud Rankous and Jaroud Qarah, they will have
successfully sealed off the Syrian-Lebanese border; this would be one
the biggest blows to their enemies, as they rely on this border to
resupply and reinforce their fighters inside Western Syria.
Quite
a bit of territory has been left under the control of the militant
groups in Qalamoun mountains, actually; in fact, al-Nusra Front and
the ISIL still control a small parcel of land in Jaroud Rankous
(Southern Qalamoun) and a substantial amount of land in Jaroud Qarah
(Northern Qalamoun).
