Hal Turner has changed what he said last night.
"The explosion in Beirut was, in fact, and Israeli attack. The Israeli strike on Beirut was an attack on Iranian armed vessels. Mossad authenticated the Intel."
I don't mind sharing that because lots of others are saying it too. Hal's sources are not the only ones, it seems.
RADIATION Levels Spike 10X in Mediterranean After Massive Beirut Blast

The Tuesday evening Hal Turner Radio Show was strangely knocked off the air and off the Internet at precisely the time we were discussing the MASSIVE Explosion in Beirut, Lebanon, and how that explosion had the characteristics of a FAILED NUCLEAR DETONATION. It seemed to the audience, who called-in to report the show had been knocked out, that the timing of the outage was a little too convenient . . . it appeared to them that someone did NOT want this subject spoken about. Radiation levels suddenly spiked more than TEN TIMES HIGHER in areas of the Mediterranean Sea yesterday, after an enormous blast leveled half of Beirut, Lebanon. Initial intelligence analysis indicated the explosion in Beirut was a failed-to-maintain-critical-mass NUCLEAR BLAST. That means the blast started as a nuclear chain reaction, but the chain reaction FAILED partway through the event and nowhere near all of the radioactive core was used-up in the explosion. That failure of the chain reaction would significantly lessen the blast itself, but would leave lots of radiation, which we are now seeing at places hundreds of miles away . . .

Other than the explosion in Beirut, there is no pattern or explanation for this sudden and tremendous increase in radiation. Here are the charts:

Now, __ IF __ the explosion in Beirut WAS caused by a nuclear device, local prevailing winds would carry the radiation. BUT, local prevailing winds at the surface of earth, move from west to east . . . which for Beirut, would mean from the Mediterranean Sea INLAND.
HOWEVER . . .
The direction of prevailing winds changes as altitude increases. And while local prevailing winds at the surface of earth travel west to east, it is exactly OPPOSITE when one reaches about 40,00 to 50,000 feet in altitude. At that height, the prevailing winds go OPPOSITE . . . . from east to west!
So if the explosion in Beirut was caused by a defectively-detonated nuke, once the radiation got high enough in the atmosphere, the winds WOULD carry it toward Sicily, where the radiation readings above were taken.
Here is the chart showing hPa levels by altitude:
Looking at the chart above, you can see the hPa level drops as the altitude goes higher. At 40,000 feet, the hPa is only 30
That's important because in atmospherics, once you get to an altitude between between 25,000 and 30,000 feet, the prevailing winds CHANGE DIRECTION. When hPa levels get to 70 hPa, the winds are moving briskly from east to west. Here's proof:

But that same GEOS-5 Satellite shows the winds moving exactly opposite once measured at the level of 70 hPa. Here, look:
Below is video, taken some 20km from the Beirut Blast yesterday. Pay particular attention at 35 seconds, to the SKY. You will see the shockwave at very high altitude in the sky, actually affecting the clouds. The blast got that high. If it was a nuclear bomb, only partially chain-reacting, then it is clear from this video the radiation could very well have gotten high-up in the atmosphere, very fast:
So there is no longer any doubt that the effect of the explosion was so massive and ferocious, it __could__ have risen to upper levels winds, and been carried from Beirut to Sicily via normal winds at high altitude.
The only question now is: What are radiation levels on the ground in and around Beirut.
The poor people there are so shell shocked, they're probably not even looking at radiation levels. Someone needs to do this, right now.
IF the explosion in Beirut yesterday was a failed-chain-reaction nuke, then the world is already at war and someone is going to get their ass kicked.
Beirut Gov. Marwan Abboud said about 300,000 remain homeless after the blasts and estimated repair costs in the billions. Lebanese Red Cross workers continued to search abandoned neighborhoods on Wednesday, reporting more than 4,000 injured.

The Governor of Beirut, Lebanon is saying that "half the city is destroyed" from the utterly
massive explosion which took place there today.
Videos of the explosion show what appears to be a failed-to-maintain-critical-mass of a nuclear bomb. It BEGAN as a nuke blast, but fizzled when the chain reaction failed.
The initial blast wave is identical to the VAPORIZATION one sees in old films of actual,
confirmed, nuclear test explosions. But the vaporization in Beirut today quickly ends, leaving
a strange red-colored explosive plume.
Buildings for miles were literally flattened and cars on local highways were picked-up and flipped over by the blast.
Inititial death count confirms 70 dead, and almost three thousand injured.
The Governor of Beirut also says that a fire crew on the scene "was vaporized" -- the fire truck
and men are simply non-existent anymore.
What do YOU know of that can vaporize a fire truck?
Even during the attacks of 9-11 here in America, with literally hundreds of tons of cement and steel collapsing onto fire trucks, the remains of the trucks were still found.
In Beirut . . . nothing. It's all just gone.
Windows on buildings TEN KILOMETERS AWAY, were blown out.
What kind of "conventional" explosive can do that?
It should be noted that what took place in Beirut comes on the heels of several battles between the Hezbollah Government of Lebanon, and Israel. The Israelis have been fearing large scale reprisals by Hezbollah, after Israel killed Hezbollah leaders inside Syria.
Perhaps today's explosion in Beirut was a message from Israel to Hezbollah warning them NOT to take reprisals?
It's also very odd that almost immediately after this explosion took place, official Israeli government sources came out publicly to say "Israel had nothing to do with this."
Gee. That's nice. Especially since nobody asked. Very odd.
TRUMP SAYS "WAS ATTACK"
President Donald Trump said U.S. military generals have told him that they “seem to feel” the massive explosion that rocked Beirut on Tuesday, killing at least 70 people, was a “terrible attack” likely caused by a bomb.
Trump was asked why he called it an attack and not an accident, especially since Lebanese officials say they have not determined the cause of the explosion. He told reporters at the White House: “It would seem like it based on the explosion. I met with some of our great generals and they just seem to feel that it was. This was not a — some kind of a manufacturing explosion type of a event. ... They seem to think it was a attack. It was a bomb of some kind, yes.”
Trump offered condolences to the victims and said the United States stood ready to assist Lebanon. “It looks like a terrible attack,” he said.
A Pentagon spokesman declined to comment on the matter Tuesday night, referring questions back to the White House.
The explosion flattened much of a port and damaged buildings across the capital, sending a giant mushroom cloud into the sky. In addition to those who died, more than 3,000 other people were injured, with bodies buried in the rubble, officials said.
The cause of the blast was not immediately known
UPDATE 11:00 PM EDT --
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) who are the people that track earthquakes, registered the explosion in Beirut, Lebanon today!
Before I reveal their findings, you should know that during the Attacks of September 11 here in the USA, the same USGS recorded the collapse of the World Trade Center as a Magnitude 2.1
The magnitude scale of earthquakes is not Linear, it is Logarithmic. That means a 2 is not simply one level stronger than a 1, a 2 is TEN TIMES stronger than a 1.
According to the USGS, today's explosion in Beirut was recorded as a Magnitude 3.3 ! ! !
TWELVE TIMES MORE POWERFUL THAN THE COLLAPSE OF THE WORLD TRADE

Moreover, the USGS issued this very interesting statement about the blast:
The Beirut, Lebanon explosion was processed using the same basic methods that we use for
regional earthquakes. To remove uncertainties in the location associated with seismic
methods, we fix the location to the location seen in videos of the blast. Standard methods
were used to calculate the magnitude. The reported magnitude is not directly comparable to
an earthquake of similar size because the explosion occurred at the surface where seismic
waves are not as efficiently generated.
You are smart people, let me ask you: What "conventional" explosive have YOU ever
heard of that created the same shock waves as a Magnitude 3.3 earthquake?
