While
America's eyes are on the presidential election, US troops are
fighting alongside the US-backed "Syrian Democratic Forces"
to take Raqqa from ISIS control. A new ground war has begun in Syria,
with the US and Turkey making plans to govern Raqqa when ISIS is
gone. Apparently Syria has no say in the matter.
