A US Missile just took out dozens of Russian Generals in a Russian Military Base in Syria, where Putin was supposed to be, but somehow didn’t make it. Even though camera footage made it appear like a car bomb, it’s suspicious because how could a huge bomb like that get into a secured Russian Base without it being noticed?

A US Missile just took out dozens of Russian Generals in a Russian Military Base in Syria, where Putin was supposed to be, but somehow didn’t make it. Even though camera footage made it appear like a car bomb, it’s suspicious because how could a huge bomb like that get into a secured Russian Base without it being noticed?
This doesn't make sense to me, Russia has shown itself to be thoughtful in it execution of the Syrian campaign. Why would they group dozens of Generals in a war zone when they could hold their meetings in Russia?
