The melting Siberian permafrost





What should the area that should be frozen in East Siberia look like? See for yourself.

Chersky is where a lot of scientists work out of. It has an airport!


Put Chersky Russia in Google Earth and look around.


There are miles and miles of thaw lakes. 


They produce methane like a land fill.
