It would be great if this NoC article clearly cited the sources it used, rather than vague generalities (a UC Berkeley lab). When you click on the first hyperlink, however - which ostensibly has nothing to do with sourcing - you can actually get to the sourcing, which is solid enough. But the author of this NoC piece (not EneNews) also points to http://www.examiner.com/.../leuren-moret-fukushima-haarp..., which IMO give inordinate credence to an alleged "Fukushima HAARP nuclear attack by CIA, DOE, BP for London banks". IMO, that is right up there with the very worst of Alex Jones. The original sourcing (http://enenews.com/govt-doc-cattle-feed-california-dairy...), is interesting and credible in its own right, and it doesn't point to HAARP-based nuclear attacks or, thankfully, mole people at the center of the Earth

Leuren Moret: Fukushima HAARP nuclear attack by CIA, DOE, BP for London banks

In an exclusive ExopoliticsTV interview by Alfred Lambremont Webre released May 9, 2011, independent scientist Leuren Moret has stated that theFukushima HAARP tectonic nuclear attack was done by an international racketeering war crimes network within the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Energy (DOE), and BP (British Petroleum) on behalf of City of London bankers.

Ms. Moret states that the war crimes network behind the March 11, 2011 events at the Fukushima nuclear plant is the same war crimes racketeering organization behind the false flag operations of September 11, 2001, Hurricane Katrina (2005), the Haiti earthquake (2010) and other HAARP-triggered false flag operations.

The Fukushima tectonic nuclear attack is an intentional genocidal depopulation of the northern and southern hemispheres, Ms. Moret states. The west coasts of the United States and Canada, Mexico, and Hawaii are being intentionally targeted by dangerous radiation from the March 11, 2011 tectonic warfare earthquake and nuclear meltdown events at Fukushima, Japan.

These areas of the United States and Canada, and Mexico, Ms. Moret indicates, are the major food producing areas for North America. Radiation from the Japan quake/nuclear meltdown events at Fukushima is intentionally being steered into these areas in order to dose the land and the food with radiation.....[ ]

Measurements of Fission Products from the Fukushima Daiichi Incident in San Francisco Bay Area Air Filters, Automobile Filters, Rainwater, and Food, Dec. 27, 2013: A variety of environmental media were analyzed for fallout radionuclides resulting from the Fukushima nuclear accident by the Low Background Facility (LBF) at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) in Berkeley, CA. [...] An asphalt berm (curb) along the downslope edge of the road protects the slopes below from rainfall runoff from the road surface. [...] Typically, the sieved material represents at least 80% of the total collected material. For analysis, these sediments are packed into one of the same counting containers as are used for soil samples. These procedures were followed for the samples listed in Table A.5 [right].

The June 9, sample result was 132.4 Bq/kg of cesium 134 + 137 (3,579 pCi/kg).

California Department of Public Health (pdf):

Winter forage vegetation at the California dairy farm had combined cesium 134 + 137 equaling 0.299 pCi/gram or 299 pCi/kg.Cesium-134 levels would be even higher than reported due to the 9 months of radioactive decay that took place before testing occurred (37.5% into its 2-year half-life).

No reason is stated for the 9-month gap between when  the vegetation sample was harvested and when it was tested.
