Stan Deyo and his wife Holly Drennan Deyo discussed earth changes,
prophecy, social unrest, and what we can do to prepare for the coming
upheaval. Stan noted that the sun’s protective “bubble” has
been shrinking, which makes Earth more susceptible to harmful cosmic
rays (view related graphics). We’ve been seeing dramatic weather
events, with extremes in cold and heat, and more floods and drought,
they detailed.
The
Deyos recently visited an Indian tribe and discussed Hopi Prophecy
with them. According to Hopi prophecy, at one point the sun will get
so hot that grass will burn, and water will submerge many areas in
the United States (Superstorm Sandy ?). A prelude to the earth
changes will be a civil war between factions within the U.S.,
followed by Martial Law, and an overseas invasion leading to the fall
of America, the Hopis believe.
In
preparation to shield themselves from the sun, some Hopis are digging
underground igloos stocked with 3-4 weeks worth of food, Stan
reported. Holly suggested that families put together a Disaster Plan
which includes a meeting place outside of the home. Because food
delivery could be interrupted at stores, she advocated for intensive
gardening, growing a lot of plants in a small, concentrated area. We
need to have enough food, medicine and water to regroup in the event
of an emergency, said Stan.

Deyo has held Above Top Secret Security Clearance and worked
undercover for the FBI. He was part of an exclusive “black
project”, headed by Dr. Edward Teller specializing in the
development of “flying saucer technology”.
Biography:
Holly
Drennan Deyo graduated from the University of Missouri in Kansas City
with a BA in English and understudies in Sociology and Geology.
Although her first love was writing and research, this career was
interrupted in order to run a family business for 14 years.
Determined to put homemaking on the front burner, Holly retired and
embarked upon preparedness research. In addition, Holly authored,
‘Dare to Prepare’, a 500 page reference book on preparedness.

The
phrase “Earth Changes” was coined by the American psychic
Edgar Cayce to refer to the belief that the world will soon enter on
a series of cataclysmic events causing major alterations in human
life on the planet.
This
includes “natural events” (such as major earthquakes, the melting
of the polar ice caps, a pole shift of the planetary axis, major
weather events, solar flares and so on) as well as huge changes of
the local and global social, economical and political systems.
Survivalism
is a movement of individuals or groups (called survivalists or
preppers) who are actively preparing for emergencies as well as
possible disruptions in social or political order, on scales ranging
from local to international. Survivalists often have emergency
medical and self-defence training, stockpile food and water, prepare
for self-sufficiency, and build structures that will help them
survive or “disappear” (e.g. a survival retreat or underground
shelter).
Anticipated
disruptions include the following: Clusters of natural disasters,
patterns of apocalyptic planetary crises, or Earth Changes
(tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, blizzards, solar storms, severe
thunderstorms). A disaster caused by the activities of humankind
(chemical spills, release of radioactive materials, nuclear or
conventional war, oppressive governments).
The
general collapse of society caused by the shortage or unavailability
of resources such as electricity, fuel, food, or water. Financial
disruption or economic collapse (caused by monetary manipulation,
hyperinflation, deflation, or depression). A global pandemic.
Widespread chaos or some other unexplained apocalyptic event.
The
advent of H1N1 Swine Flu in 2009 piqued interest in survivalism,
significantly boosting sales of preparedness books and making
survivalism more mainstream.[23] Events such as the 2010 Haiti
earthquake, the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and the 2011 TÅhoku
earthquake and tsunami have revitalized the survivalist community.
The
third wave of Survivalism began after the September 11, 2001 attacks
and subsequent bombings in Bali, Madrid, and London. This resurgence
of interest in survivalism appears to be as strong as the first wave
in the 1970s.
The
fear of war, avian influenza, energy shortages, environmental
disasters and global climate change, coupled with economic
uncertainty, and the apparent vulnerability of humanity after the
2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami and Hurricane Katrina, has
once again made survivalism popular. Preparedness is once more a
paramount concern to many people who seek to stockpile supplies, gain
useful skills, and develop contacts with like-minded
These
developments led Gerald Celente, founder of the Trends Research
Institute, to identify a trend that he calls “Neo-Survivalism”.
