Palestinian rockets also hit the Israeli city of Be’er Sheva, with reports indicating at least one of the rockets hit the city center.
Several other rockets fired from the coastal territory also hit the Israeli city of Sderot, but there were no immediate reports of casualties. Meanwhile, some other Palestinian rockets landed in the Eshkol area.
A Palestinian rocket also landed in the town of Gan Yavne, reportedly causing serious injuries to the driver of a vehicle. An explosion was also heard in the town of Eilat. The Israeli military announced that the town had been hit by a Palestinian rocket.
On Monday, a red alert was declared for Israel’s entire south.

Grad missile fired from the Gaza Strip has hit a building in the
Israeli city of Ashkelon, as Palestinian resistance fighters continue
to launch retaliatory attacks.
The resistance fighters fired missiles and rockets into Israel on Monday, when the Israeli airstrikes on the besieged Palestinian territory entered the sixth consecutive day.
Over 95 Palestinians, including women and children, have been killed and more than 700 others injured in the airstrikes on Gaza since November 14.
Palestinian rockets also hit the Israeli city of Be’er Sheva, with reports indicating at least one of the rockets hit the city center.
