Has the BBC been caught out again?

Remember they reported WT7 also known as the Salomon Brothers Building or WTC 7 collapse more than 20 minutes before it happened.

Now someone was working on another planned story for the future.

After they finished the article to be released on July 11th, instead of saving it, they accidentally uploaded it to the site. 

They said Oh crap! And removed it.

Human error.
