Arctic ice - 27 July, 2020

I suspect he has to say that if he wants to keep being paid. He is saying, the end of the century.

I found the next two maps frightening. I have never seen anything quite like it.

This is the warm water that is eroding the water from underneath - something that, along with the thinness of the ice, is never referenced or talked about in conventional climate change circles.

Meanwhile, apart from a small area the ENTIRE Arctic Basin is well above above zero.

This is how it looks going into the forecasting period. Just that turquoise area of thicker ice above Greenland

This is how it looks just north of Greenland (what used to be very thick ice)

Going in closer, this is how it looks.

Here is the methane

  1. Thats right. Surface is just part of the view, but not the whole. There is still much variables still to be understood but what is clear is we have a real serious situation, and not only in the Artic.
